Stevenson soccer players Katie Amos, Brittany Bangert, Heather Redding, Stephanie Eyler and incoming players Jenna Cimino and Charity Lumpkins competed today in the 3v3 Heatwave Tournament at CCBC Dundalk. The team had a mixture of experience and youth with three juniors, a sophomore and two incoming freshmen making up the squad. After winning all three regular games the girls advanced to the Championship game. At the end of regulation the score was tied at 4-4 and went into a golden goal overtime of 3 minutes. Eyler scored with seconds left in the overtime period to end it and win the game. Congratulations ladies!!!!!
